This took a surprisingly short amount of time to do, and Im pretty happy with it. But there are a few minor details that I should have fixed (Ivan's hair FTW)

In case you couldn't tell, its Ivan/Russia from Axis powers hetalia and 'General Winter', the harsh russian winter that both aids him and attacks him.
